The subject; “new options for faster returns for both highbay retrofits and outdoor wallpacks.”
In developing the presentation Product Manager, Greg Murphy, and the Communications and Marketing Department kept it short; on point; and useful. That they succeeded was borne out by the 10 orders for copies of the presentation received in the first 10 minutes after they became available.
The webinar was to be kept open for 20 minutes after the presentation for any questions attendees might have. In the end, the site was kept open for 40 minutes because of the number of questions. The Q&A site, in fact, became interactive as questions were asked and then answered by other attendees.
The final list of questions and answers were e-mailed to all the attendees, together with information on how to get a free copy of the presentation. What is available to attendees are the complete video, a copy of the PowerPoint Presentation and a link so the viewer can stream the video on line without having to download it.
The presentation will also be available to everyone through YouTube.
