The Brigantine Collection from MaxLite captures the Grand Prize at the 2008 national “Lighting for Tomorrow” competition. The winners were announced on Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2008 at the Gaylord National Hotel and Conference Center, Maryland. Following the awards ceremony, the winners of each category will be featured in the Lighting for Tomorrows 2008 Publication and will be part of a traveling exhibition touring the major design centers in the U.S.

Responding to their customer’s most frequent environmental questions, MaxLite is devoting part of their website to discussing Mercury and Compact Fluorescent lamps. By pro-actively addressing questions from its end-users, MaxLite is relieving many of the current misconceptions about mercury and CFLs.
