Jacob Javits makeover with MaxLite and QCS. “Return on Investment was the key,” said James Maitilasso, President of Quality Conservation Services, Inc. (QCS), the contractor who led the retrofit of the Nation’s busiest convention center, New York City’s Jacob K Javits Convention Center. At the convention Center, the existing HID lamps were replaced with MaxLite’s HighMax high wattage energy efficient lamps.
